Dr. Alexander Nguyen

Dr. Alexander Nguyen was born and raised in Maple Plain, Minnesota. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota. As co-owner of Legacy Dental in Austin, Dr. Nguyen is passionate about combining advanced dental technology with personalized care to help patients achieve confident, lasting smiles.

Dr. Nguyen enjoys connecting with patients and helping them make informed, comfortable decisions about their dental care. His clinical interests include restorative and implant dentistry, Invisalign, and digital dentistry using advanced tools such as in-office milling and 3D scanning systems.

Outside of the office, Dr. Nguyen enjoys 3D printing — from creating fun animals and trinkets for the dental office to experimenting with new designs at home. He also loves flying his drone, playing pool, and spending time with his fiancée, their dog Mayze, and their three cats — Davey, Elsa, and Joey.
